Processing Time- Each order is processed within 1-3 working days.

Shipping- Shipping vary depending countries, please check details in your country specifications.

Returns, Exchanges and/or Cancellations- No returns, exchanges and/or cancellations are available but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Customs- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.


Allergens- We do take allergies very serious and handle food with extreme caution. However we handle different allergens in our kitchen and traces might be present. 

Pricing- prices can change without previous notice.

Payment Information- Payments are made by bank transfer. Please use your name as reference and let us know after payment has been made. Payments need to be done at the moment you place your order. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Please note that we do not do any deliveries without payment. 

Placing Orders- All orders need to be placed at least 48 hours prior delivery date as all our dishes are artisanal made from scratch.

Cancellations- We understand unexpected circumstances might occur so please contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date to discuss your situation. 

Refunds- All our sales are final and we do not accept any refunds due to the nature of the business. However if you have any problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible. We would be very HAPPI to assist you!

Shipping/Delivery- Shipping and delivery costs are covered by the customer. Deliveries are only available in London between zones 1-3. Shipping method is Next Day Guaranteed Delivery by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any delays in courier services. However please contact us if you have any inconveniences.

Food and Safety- Our team members are fully trained and our kitchen is register with our local authorities. We are proudly to share that our Food Rating is 5 stars. 

COVID 19- Although it is very unlikely that COVID-19 is transmitted through food. Our staff follows the regulations and processes the government established as a matter of good food hygiene practice.
